1. Applying to the platform
Installer applications are free. Approval is discretionary and depends on the information and evidence supplied, public checks, insurance status and the platform’s current quality requirements.
2. Accurate business information
Installers must keep company, contact, coverage, insurance, profile and payment information accurate. Quality Verified status may be paused or removed when evidence expires or serious concerns require review.
3. Customer responsibility
The installer remains solely responsible for surveys, measurements, specifications, planning and drainage advice, quotations, contracts, workmanship, staff, subcontractors, safety, warranties, taxes and regulatory compliance.
4. Platform tools
My New Driveway provides estimating, matching, record-keeping and payment technology. It does not carry out the installation, guarantee workmanship, provide a formal survey or planning approval, hold money in escrow or automatically decide disputes.
