1. Installer payment account
Project payments are processed through the installer’s connected Stripe account. My New Driveway may apply a disclosed platform fee according to the installer’s plan and the payment type.
2. Customer approval
Completing a project stage does not automatically charge the customer. A payment request is presented for review and payment unless the customer has separately agreed to a lawful recurring or pre-authorised arrangement.
3. Contract responsibility
The installer is responsible for the quotation, contract, VAT treatment, payment schedule, invoices, refunds, variations, guarantees and the legal basis for every amount requested.
4. No escrow
My New Driveway does not describe the service as escrow and does not guarantee the installer’s performance or a customer’s payment.
