Each available lead is offered exclusively to one approved installer on a first-come, first-served reservation and payment basis. Preview information is intentionally limited before purchase.
2. No guarantee of work
Purchasing a lead provides the released customer and project information. It does not guarantee contact, a survey, a quotation, acceptance, project value, profitability or a completed job.
3. Use of customer data
Purchased details may only be used to respond to the stated project and manage the resulting customer relationship lawfully. They must not be resold or used for unrelated marketing without a valid lawful basis.
4. Replacement-credit requests
Claims are considered under the separate Replacement Credit Policy and normally require prompt contact attempts and supporting evidence.
